To have the most effective and personalized treatment, I have all clients fill out an intake form. This form will give me a general understanding and a solid foundation to learn about your health history and gain an understanding of your physical state and other forms of stress. Upon your arrival, and before hands-on treatment begins I will ask more in-depth questions and may assess body structures. Once a clinical impression is made the treatment can begin. I encourage my clients to keep an open dialogue with me throughout their entire experience.
